The features on our website are best viewed on Firefox, Chrome or Safari.
How are your monograms created?
Our custom monograms are really works of art. We not only use the computer program in our process of creating monograms, we manually editing each Monogram Art. If necessary, we extended or reduce some parts of the letters to make the letter more readable and creates the most beautiful monogram. We spend some time with each Monogram to make sure that each Monogram is best for you to like it.
What kind of wood do you use?
Monogram are made from high quality 1/4″ Baltic plywood – natural best quality birch wood.
3/8 or 1/2 Baltic plywood available. Contact us for slight price change.
What does “Beautify my Photo” mean?
With this option, on select items, our experienced artists will work with your picture and take the time to add contrast, improve color, improve visibility, increase sharpness, etc.
How should I hang a monogram?
We suggest using double-sided tape, framing hardware or a attaching ribbon to hang y our monogram.
What items are in stock on your website?
All items are made to order
How can I use a coupon code?
You can use one coupon code per order.
Coupon code can only be used once.
Coupon code is entered at checkout.
Coupon code is not applicable towards shipping.
Terms and Conditions
- All orders are handcrafted custom made and made to order.
- Please be advised that there may be some slight variations due to the hand crafted nature of the item and wood grains.
- General production creation times : 1-4 weeks
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our items and the customized details needed for each item. Standard creation time is between 1-4 weeks. This creation time does not include shipping estimated time and transit.
- If you need your item in less than 4 weeks please contact us, Rush Production Service is available at an additional rush creation fee and rush shipping fee will both be applied if necessary.
- Please check your personalized item for spelling and other errors. Provide initials in the exact order you want them to be on finished product. All orders are final & cannot be updated or changed once placed as all orders go immediately into production. We will not be held responsible if orders are submitted to us in error in which you will not be refunded and a return will not be authorized.
- We cannot update shipping details, gift, or delivery information once placed. Reshipping due to the customer error will require payment for reshipping. If changes must be made, updates are only guaranteed upon cancellation of original order and submitting an order with all proper updates. NOTE: if shipping details or delivery information error was caught no later than within 24 hours upon placing order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with correct information – we’ll try to help if possible. If we’ll be able to update your information manually, we will get back to you with correction Ticket Number confirmation.
- Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, ALL communications must be documented for liability. (Chat and Email our customer service team for assistance, phone communication will not be authorized.)
- Due to liability reasons shipping updates or change of address will not under any circumstance be authorized.
- Please take order creation time and shipping transit time into account at check out at check out. We are not held liable for shipping errors.
- Reshipping due to the customer error will require additional payment for reshipping.
- If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this date at check out to better insure that your order will arrive timely.
Filing a CASE/ CLAIM – Paid Rush – Shipping Damage –
- Paid rush order creation – please contact us we we do not create your order within the time promised.
- Paid rush shipping – please contact us if your order does not deliver as promised.
- Paid rush and shipping – please contact us if your order does not arrive as promised.
- If your order for any reason arrived damaged or not as expected please contact us and provide an image of the item along with order details and we will assist accordingly.
- All other Terms and Conditions apply.
- When submitting your order, please be advised that USPS and UPS will be subject to black out dates.
- We are not liable for late deliveries on orders submitted in less than 8 weeks prior to holidays.
- Please insure to indicate this date at check out to better insure that your order will arrive timely.
- All orders submitted 4-8 weeks prior to holidays are subject to additional rush order creation and shipping fees. (once fees are paid we will hold liability order order creation and shipping times – please contact us if your order does not deliver as promised)

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within one business day. We are unable to cancel developed or shipped orders.
Thank you for ordering a custom product from AuthenticMonogram.com, proudly made in the USA. Because it takes time for the artists to design, cut and paint your item as well as high demand of custom items our production time can be as long as 35 days. Production time can change with holidays and wedding season demand. Production times can be as little as 1 week and as long as 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience while we create your one of a kind monogram.

Notice on Handpainted Color Work/ Policy
All our monogram products are proudly made in USA. Monograms are laser-cut from the best quality 1/4″ Baltic plywood.
Boards. Please note, our boards created on second hand reused distressed natural wood. We do our best to make all items look as close as possible to original item pictured. However because all work is done by hands and every item is one of the kind creation, there will be slight difference in colors, grain and wash out look.
We can not accept any returns due to an colors, wood grains, wash out difference with product picture.
Monogram Color. Please note, Colors on all screens could look differently. We use Beahr outdoors quality paint and could provide stock # by request. Monograms are sanded and Hand Painted by our artists. There may be some slight variations due to the hand painted nature of the item. (Again, our monograms are NOT mass produced).
We can not accept any returns due to colors variation.
Changes to Order
While we generally do not accept changes per our terms and conditions, in some cases we might be able to change the presonalization details or shipping address. If you would like to make any changes please submit information about a change within 24 hours of ordering your item to: firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders are made to order.
Production times can be as little as 2 weeks and as long as 4 weeks. If you need your item sooner, Rush Production Service is available.
Orders will be shipped ground UPS or USPS. Tracking and insurance information are included in shipping.
Packages usually arrive within one week. Please Contact Us if your order reads as shipped & delivered but you have yet to receive your package. A reshipping fee applies to any returned orders.

Unfortunately at this time we cannot combine shipping. Orders are designed and created by different production teams and each item is treated as individual and is shipped separately.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please notify us within one business week with any errors concerning your order.
For damaged orders: please send us a photo of your item and keep all shipping materials until futher notice while we process your claim and re-make your item.
As all orders are custom made we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.
